About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. This is a remote, part-time position, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently. Key Responsibilities
- Review syndicated loan notices for manual extraction and data input, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Review automated data extraction results, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues
- Work independently to input data, meeting strict deadlines and maintaining high levels of productivity
- Utilize strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work Schedule
This is an hourly position with core hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (CST), although other hours may be required based on business need. Shifts are scheduled in minimum 4-hour increments, with a minimum of 8 hours expected during peak days (typically 2-3 days per month). The days worked per month are typically 3 to 10 days only, and working days are based exclusively on business needs, with variable scheduling.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficiency with all current technology and Microsoft Office 365 programs, including laptop functionality, video conferencing software (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and online software programs for data entry
- Ability to utilize multiple web applications simultaneously, with strong technical skills and adaptability
- Flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays, with the ability to work independently and manage variable scheduling
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to find specific data points based on guidance and logical reasoning
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
