- Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Review and verify that entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements, ensuring that our data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
- Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards, demonstrating a strong commitment to data security and confidentiality.
- Professionally interact with other staff as needed, providing excellent customer service and support to our internal stakeholders.
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to your work.
