Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Comparing data entered with source documents to detect errors and ensure accuracy
- Entering alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer systems, following the format displayed on screen and entering necessary codes
- Auditing customer data for accuracy and making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards of quality
- Performing or assisting with other duties and projects as needed to support the team and contribute to the success of arenaflex
- Complying with HIPAA guidelines as outlined in the arenaflex HIPAA Security policy to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Identifying, analyzing, and reporting data issues related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, and completeness of source documents to maintain data quality
- Providing analytical governance skills to maintain successful productivity for the team and drive continuous improvement
Compliance and Quality Assurance

- Interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form to ensure accuracy and completeness

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Relevant work experience in data entry or a related field
- Ability to type 50 words per minute (WPM) and have 10-key experience
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team and maintain a high level of productivity
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (1 year or more)
- Ability to commute to Oklahoma City, OK 73120 (initial training will be conducted onsite)
- Ability to relocate to Oklahoma City, OK 73120 (if required)
