Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced part-time remote data entry and integrated data analyst to join our team. As an Integrated Data Analyst, you will serve asipopular subject matter expert for all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) related analyses, including Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) support. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data collected from various Flight Safety Programs, providing concise and indicative insights to the Data Integration Group (DIG). You will also support the analytical needs of Flight Ops Safety and perform administrative IDCAT tasks to ensure accurate data collection, software reliability, and customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly FAA reports
- Administer all aspects of the IDCAT software, including customer support and feedback monitoring for Flight Instructors/Evaluators
- Support all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) software-related administrative tasks, including account management and new user assistance
- Download Tableau data to the arenaflex server and populate existing dashboards
- Analyze, create, and visualize data in Tableau workbooks/dashboards
- Categorize and organize Instructor/Evaluator measured devices and feedback for assessment
- Support IDCAT observation form format and generate/create data collection paperwork within the software
- Perform regular training data analyses as defined in AC 120-54a and identify gaps in effectiveness in current Flight Ops Training
- Assist in and provide assessment support for the quarterly data review of the Data Integration Agency (DIG) and AQP
- Execute and deliver data requests as needed to support the Flight Ops Training (AQP) staff
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Broad knowledge of database management, analysis of large and complex databases, and data visualization skills (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
- Knowledge of integrating qualitative and quantitative datasets
- Intermediate knowledge of statistics and math concepts, with strong research abilities
- Knowledge of enterprise airline operations and proficiency in building relationships with all levels of employees
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in developing presentations and strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
- Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills in working with diverse teams and departments
- Ability to resolve complex problems and perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and adopt new techniques and methodologies as needed to meet corporate objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, mathematics, or computer science)
- Intermediate level experience in data analysis and visualization, project management, and Tableau data visualization
- Complex dataset analysis experience
