Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Verify data accuracy and make corrections as necessary to ensure data consistency
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company guidelines and procedures for data management
- Assist with generating reports and data summaries as required to support business decisions
- Ensure data entry tasks are completed within the specified deadlines and meet daily targets
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy across different systems
- Troubleshoot data entry issues and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to data management and make recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and able to learn new software applications quickly
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy (at least 40 words per minute)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a functional home office setup

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous data entry experience preferred but not required
