- Pre-Registration and Insurance Verification: Complete pre-registration tasks, verify insurance eligibility, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Ticket Scheduling and Follow-up: Manage ticket scheduling, follow up with patients, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Clinical Healthcare Experience or Patient Scheduling Background: A minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical healthcare, patient scheduling, or a contact/call center environment.
- Patient Access Certification: Completion of Healthcare Business Insight's Patient Access Certification Program within six months of hire date.
- Designated HBI Courses: Completion of designated HBI courses within one year of hire date.
- Data Entry Skills: Proficient data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently manage patient data.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
