Key Responsibilities

- Partner with internal HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, and Talent teams on data analysis, providing expert guidance and support.
- Develop and maintain complex reports and visualizations, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports, using Workday Report Writer, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards, as well as other tools.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to identify opportunities to leverage new Workday capabilities and features, enhancing reporting, calculated fields, and dashboards to support business objectives.
- Utilize ServiceNow to prioritize and respond to case inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Participate in Agile Team planning sessions to plan the roadmap and identify cross-team dependencies, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern trends in Workday Reporting, proactively monitoring best practices and making recommendations to report writers through expertise gained in Community, Workday Slack, and the user sharing action group.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum one year of HCM Reporting experience, with a strong focus on Workday Report Writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL Script, VBA, Power BI, or other BI tools and statistical analysis software.
