**Job Summary**
As a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician on our night shift team, you'll be responsible for processing new and refill medication orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical services, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
**Responsibilities**
* Order Entry: Process new and refill medication orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Data Entry: Enter patient data, medication orders, and other relevant information into our system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
* Supply Management: Locate and package medications, including blister packs and vials, according to standard procedures.
* Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring calibration and safety standards are met.
* Stock Rotation: Rotate stock as required, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
* Other Duties: Assist with billing procedures, computer operations, and other phases of pharmacy operations as needed.
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) certification preferred.
* Previous pharmacy experience required, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent data entry skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent customer service skills.
