Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a school or college of pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education
- Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the state of residency within 90 days of the start of the residency program
- Completion of residency application materials to Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS)
- Participation in and adherence to the rules of the ASHP Resident Matching System
- Certified Immunizer or ability to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
