As a Principal PM Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about creating products that make a difference in people's lives. **About the Role** As a Principal PM Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge products that address the unique needs of frontline laborers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to deliver exceptional experiences that drive business results. Your expertise will be critical in shaping the product roadmap, defining product requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. **Key Responsibilities** * Regularly assess the current state of industries and market trends to determine both short-term and long-term strategies for frontline comms * Create end-to-end product experiences to enable seamless interactions for our clients, working across organizational and divisional boundaries to influence and shape feature development to enable these experiences * Own the delivery of product features and communication, anticipate product guide and status to partner groups within Microsoft, field partners, and clients * Collaborate across disciplines to ensure the execution of strategy and product delivery, including making go/no-go decisions * Represent Microsoft at key industry events and executive client meetings * Partner directly with key client accounts and account teams to close and grow the M365 businesses * Serve as a team leader, building and developing a motivated, diverse, and inclusive team **Essential Qualifications** * Four years of college education AND 8+ years experience in product management delivering multiple products * Or equivalent experience * 5+ years experience working in the UX/UI spaces * 2+ years experience as a manager or team captain, coaching and developing others **Preferred Qualifications** * Ability to focus, prioritize, and coordinate resources toward achieving a shared objective * Experience working across a range of teams that are both technical and non-technical, for example, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, etc. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong product management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful products * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions * Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Principal PM Manager at Microsoft, you will have access to a wide range of career growth opportunities, including training and development programs, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives.
