Job Description
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our team in Karnataka, India. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You will be working closely with our business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Audit, track, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes
- Interact with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or technology)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role or industry (e.g., customer service, operations, or quality assurance)
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada)
