As a critical member of the Commercialization Team within Verizon Consumer Group's Platform Product Organization, you will play a key role in identifying and creating new products from existing internal services and capabilities. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development of Fraud Prevention Services, a vital component of our product portfolio. About the Role In this remote role, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. As a Product Manager for Fraud Prevention Services, you'll be responsible for leading the development of new product requirements and capabilities, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams to identify, validate, and prioritize product enhancements. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business growth through innovative product development. Key Responsibilities Work as a business product owner to identify, describe, document, and build new product requirements and capabilities to satisfy key use cases. Lead cross-disciplinary teams in identifying, validating, and prioritizing new product/feature requirements and enhancements. Explore partnerships and POC builds with new and existing customers, driving the development of commercial enterprise products. Scale enterprise product POCs into commercial enterprise products, working closely with program and project management to ensure technical deliverables are on track. Collaborate with legal, security, and privacy teams to ensure Legal/Security compliance is achieved. Act as a product SME in supporting business requirements and product growth planning. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to have: A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of leading external-facing enterprise products. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently determine key findings. Effective communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will make you an even more competitive candidate: An MBA, PMP, or VLSS certification. Experience working directly with enterprise customers. A background in product strategy and product life cycle management.
