Job Summary
The Production Support Coordinator will be responsible for satisfying all programming, activity, partnership, and creation needs for blithequark's global operations. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a global entertainment leader and contribute to the success of our customer support and content delivery operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including content delivery, feed coordination, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Satisfy programming and creation feeds to all districts, including live content delivery to partnership clients around the world
- Create clips and features using QCut framework and distribute the content globally via feed or file delivery
- Utilize ADT, Media Search, and feed program to find content for distribution
- Update all VC and Fiber plans for feedings related to the agencies
- Support programming by using Photoshop and Art Director to create and upload thumbnails for blithequark's digital platforms
- Distribute and deliver daily live feed rundowns to partnership clients
- Coordinate and troubleshoot any feed issues with internal and external partners
- Input cut and/or refeed requests into Partnership Administrator for tracking and distribution to the districts
- Perform technical role/responsibilities within TVU Producer platform for various global shows
- Assist the Project Desk with TVU Packs and camera gear shipment for remote productions
- Provide updated information continuously to all authorities; information such as Edge Store changes, Production room changes, etc.
- Scope of administrative/coordination/support activities includes routine administrative procedures
- Knowledge of content ingestion and delivery via file transfer (FTP, Hand-off, WeTransfer, etc.)
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of all production aspects, including but not limited to: Studio, Events, and ENG
- Knowledge of allocated areas of coordination
- Support perspectives required by all daily processes
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- At least 2 years of related administrative and production support work experience
- Familiarity with Spanish, written and spoken
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and software
