What We’re Looking For: We need a results-driven Recruiter who: ✅Understands the full recruitment lifecycle and can deliver both clients and candidates. ✅Knows how to onboard at least one client within the first month. ✅Can establish and maintain a pool of qualified, ready-to-deploy talent. ✅Is well-versed in the industry, with the ability to position our services effectively. ✅Is proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently to hit goals. Responsibilities: Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships. Source, screen, and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple roles. Match client requirements with qualified candidates quickly and effectively. Negotiate contracts, offers, and terms with both clients and candidates. Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to help grow the business.
