Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Amazon Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our paid media analysis capability to surface data-driven insights and opportunities for business growth
- Working with marketing teams to identify ways to improve the efficiency of our paid media spend and develop reporting and analysis to inform business decisions
- Creating and maintaining custom-tailored reporting and analysis to drive business outcomes and measure performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product teams, to address business challenges and drive business growth
- Utilizing tools such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Excel to create and maintain reports and analysis
- Analyzing data to identify business issues and performing deep dives to conduct root cause analysis
- Developing and implementing metrics and scorecards to measure business performance and drive results
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, computer science, or mathematics
- Experience in data entry, business analysis, or a related field, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Proficiency in Excel, with a proven track record of creating complex reports and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
