We are currently seeking an experienced Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey. What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase your total compensation to $33.00+/hour (or $70,000+ per year). You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:

Hours of Operation

Our standard hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern (or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern), and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern. You will be required to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with some flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend shifts (as needed). During the training period, you will be required to work Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
