- Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for compensation, utilizing an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
- Engage with 40-50 callers daily, identifying 1-5 potential candidates who may qualify for compensation
- Multitask efficiently, listening to callers, answering questions, and navigating multiple software windows simultaneously
- Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, contributing to the company's growth and success
- Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately, following scripts and guidelines to ensure seamless interactions
- Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Assist with special projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues independently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity
Requirements and Qualifications

- A reliable noise-cancellation headset and the ability to self-troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with the ability to work 40+ hours per week and commit to a 90-day training period

Hours of Operation
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
