As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients related to pharmacy benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound member, provider, and physician calls in a timely and professional manner
- Answer questions related to pharmacy benefits, while maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees where applicable
- Work with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues, responding to members within performance agreement guidelines
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all inquiries in order to continuously improve the customer service process and reduce potential legal concerns
- Identify and escalate concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent manner, ensuring that corrective action is pursued and expedited to take care of their needs
- Responsible for good housekeeping techniques, adhering to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable blithequark, state, and federal safety regulations
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
