As a Remote Chat Consultant at Workwarp, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues via chat, email, and phone. Under the supervision of our experienced Chat Manager, you'll work closely with our Processing Department team to resolve customer concerns, drive sales growth, and promote our brand in a positive and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Handle incoming sales and customer service-related chats, emails, and phone calls, focusing on resolving customer issues on the first attempt.
- Sales and Upselling: Utilize salesmanship to maximize sales opportunities, meet sales goals, and promote our products and services.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers, providing personalized solutions and ensuring customer retention.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, providing lighting and home décor solutions that meet customer needs.
- Communication and Documentation: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, documenting all interactions and follow-up activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Availability: Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with regular job attendance in accordance with a established schedule.
