Key Responsibilities

- Provide Product and Service Information: Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior agents, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Document Customer Interactions: Document customer interactions and update records in our database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Meet Performance Targets: Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets, contributing to the success of our team.

Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in customer service or chat support.

Compensation and Benefits

Available Shifts
