• Develop agreements with external clients, including airlines, leasing companies, and vendors
• Ensure approval and proper execution of all contractual documents
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and implement changes
• Develop and maintain an electronic database of all agreements, including contract management, closing schedules, and other administrative functions within Salesforce or Delta-approved systems

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in contracts-related work, preferably in the aviation industry, is required. You should have a proven track record of collaboration and building relationships across diverse and highly influential groups.
