About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Remote Customer Chat Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Remote Customer Chat Specialist, you will provide an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers by quickly answering online chat requests from customers. You will provide extensive knowledge about specific products and services, and identify consumer wants and needs. All communication with consumers takes place via our web-based live chat console. Your goal will be to have dynamic conversations that drive the consumer to want to do business with us, creating relationships and hearing the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed, providing timely and personalized support to our customers.
- Schedule consultations between prospective clients and our Sales Representatives, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our customers.
- Keep a detailed log of contacts, including those who were not interested, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past, nurturing leads and building relationships with our customers.
- Be open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15-minute calls to actual sales calls when needed, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
