Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering 100 or more inbound customer calls per day, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries * Scheduling 50 or more service appointments per day for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded * Responding to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, and other inquiries, providing clear and concise information to our customers * Directing non-service appointment calls to the appropriate personnel, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need * Utilizing multiple computer programs for dealership information and customer profiles, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and systems **What We're Looking For (Qualifications)** To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in customer service, with a minimum of 6 months recent experience in a similar role. You'll also need to be available to work Monday to Friday with various shifts, and live in the greater Houston metropolitan area.
