In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound patient, physician, and physician advocate communications in a professional manner, adhering to program guidelines and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will accurately enter eligibility paperwork, prescriptions, refills, and other information into our system, maintaining accurate and complete documentation and system records of all inquiries. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret program materials will enable you to determine enrollment criteria and explain necessary requirements to callers or other employees.
To excel in this role, you will need a high school degree or GED, and preferably 1+ years of experience in the medical field, as a pharmacy technician, or with pharmacy knowledge. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment while maintaining accurate documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) and navigating various applications is required. If you will be working from home, you must have a reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders. You should be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to interpret program materials, determine enrollment criteria, and resolve customer inquiries. You should be proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Office and other software applications, and have the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

We offer a competitive salary, with an hourly rate of $17 - $23, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. You will also be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan, with opportunities to earn additional income based on your performance and contributions.
