- Provide entry-level support for the data entry function, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform high-volume data entry work, including typing, faxing, and operating data entry devices
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring timely data entry and file management
- Review and confirm data before entry, and perform daily audits and data entry adjustments as needed
- Train new data entry employees on computer systems and provide support as needed
- Perform regular clerical and data entry functions, including deleting data entry mistakes and making corrections
- Ensure data entry is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service and data entry, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
