Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
• Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Application data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Responding to online chat inquiries, providing timely and effective support
• Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

• Effectively managing time and tasks, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Committing to extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be at least 18 years of age or older
• A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
• To commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
• To complete a background check and health screening
• Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible)
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
• High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working from home
• To be self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experience is preferred:

• Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
• Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Spanish bilingual skills, a plus

Compensation and Benefits
