About the Role
We're on the hunt for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team. Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a remote or call center setting
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices

- Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation, and internet research, with the ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools
