About the Role
We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Maine. As a key member of our team, you'll be the voice of blithequark, engaging with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to pet owners across the country. Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to address a wide range of topics, from product inquiries to issue resolution
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, utilizing critical thinking and proactive approaches to ensure timely and effective resolutions
- Operate with empathy, understanding, and kindness, providing exceptional customer experiences that reflect the blithequark brand values

- Collaborate with teammates, managers, and other stakeholders using virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams, to foster a sense of community and shared purpose
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities, with fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English
- Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, system navigation, and internet research
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a pet-related industry or with animals
- Knowledge of customer service software, such as CRM systems or helpdesk tools

To work remotely, you'll need:
