Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
- Must be able to provide your own computer/laptop with a working camera for the first 3 weeks of training
- High-speed reliable Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 35mbps
- Able to score at least 70 on our Internet Basics Assessment
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment while working from home, with a strong understanding of internet and technical concepts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail/food service industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- High level of food service/retail background, with experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
