Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Professional (CSP), you will act as the primary point of contact for our members, providers, and other key stakeholders, focusing on exceptional customer satisfaction and first call resolution. Your role will be to provide information, troubleshoot complex issues, and handle and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
