Key Responsibilities
- Handle emergency signals and notify/verify alarm signals in a timely and professional manner.
- Dispatch proper authorities as needed, ensuring a rapid response to customer emergencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and company procedures.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or alarm monitoring environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Reliable commute to our Manasquan, NJ location for training (within 45 minutes).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages.
- Previous experience in an alarm monitoring or security environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
