About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our government clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
