As a Remote Customer Service Representative with Shift One, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, providing top-notch service to their customers. Available Shifts
- Schedule A: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Schedule B: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Schedule C: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks designed to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your duties will include:
