About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing high-level customer service solutions via inbound and outbound calls. Your excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to multitask will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and make consistent outbound calls as per program requirements
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, handling customer complaints and providing timely solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents as required
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, adhering to company standards and client requirements
- Take the initiative to engage customers, going above and beyond to deliver an unforgettable customer experience
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and customer orientation, with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient typing skills and computer literacy, with familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Exemplary attendance, positive attitude, professional conduct, and high-level customer service skills, with a strong sense of integrity and dedication to quality
- At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience, with experience working with an automatic dialer and in both inbound and outbound environments
Work-from-Home Requirements
To work effectively from home, you'll need:
- A PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10, a hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable), and a USB-connected headset
- A webcam and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children
