- Assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program, providing clear and concise information and support
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all inquiries in a common database, ensuring continuous improvement of the customer service process and reducing potential legal concerns
- Identify and escalate concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent manner, pursuing corrective action and expediting solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues, responding to members within performance agreement guidelines
- Adhere to quality and production standards, complying with all applicable company, state, and federal safety regulations and guidelines
- Perform other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
