Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
While prior experience in customer service is preferred, it's not a mandatory requirement. To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with a personal computer (excluding Chromebooks, netbooks, tablets, and all-in-one computers), a headset, and a reliable wired high-speed internet connection.
- Professional demeanor with strong typing, communication, and computer skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in spelling and grammar.
- Willingness to undergo a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessment.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old, holding at least a high school degree or equivalent.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and currently reside within the US.
- Access to a smartphone for system verification.
Technical Requirements
To ensure seamless performance in this role, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Dual-Core 2.8 GHz or better CPU Speed with an Intel i5/i7 or AMD Phenom Ryzen (or equivalent) processor.
- At least 20 GB of available hard drive space and a total space of 60 GB.
- Internet speeds must meet or exceed 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload, with a maximum network latency of 120 ms.
- Operating on Windows 10 (64bit) with a minimum of 4 GB RAM.
- A direct ethernet connection from your computer to your router or modem is required.
Compensation and Benefits
