Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone, chat, and email, including product purchases, service and quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues.
- Demonstrate high standards for quality service and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all client interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, assess industry trends, and work in tandem with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations.
- Maintain an open communication line with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager for support and personal development.
- Enter information accurately and fully document all client interactions in our proprietary call center database (CSC).
- Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled and special projects, and strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management.
- Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, and be flexible to transition between channels as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry.
- Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently and exceptional written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume and commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen.
- Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations, and advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner.
- Must be computer literate and internet savvy, with experience in windows-based applications and client relationship management tools preferred.
- Excellent data entry skills with a minimum of 45-55 wpm.
- Must be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evening shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Experience with live chat and call center environments.
- Knowledge of beauty and cosmetics products and services.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
