Key Responsibilities
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved promptly
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, maintaining the highest level of data security and integrity
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and providing innovative solutions
- Appropriately communicate with customers, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with the service they receive
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing a positive and supportive experience for our customers
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that complex issues are addressed and resolved promptly
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
- Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to promote our products and services to customers
Essential Qualifications
We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and motivation
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, although we will consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate a strong passion for customer service
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate Windows operating systems and utilize desktop computer systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home as a Customer Service Representative, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, with a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps. ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required, with the ability to provide documentation of your internet connection speed
- Clean and quiet workspace, with a dedicated area for working and minimal distractions
