Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication with our customers, dispatching service technicians, and resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing productivity.
• Answer incoming service calls, respond to customer inquiries, and adjust technician schedules as needed to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner, providing solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements.
• Match the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to optimize productivity, profitability, and efficiency.
• Make outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base, promoting our services and benefits to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Educate customers on our Membership benefits, ensuring they understand the value of our services and become lifelong customers.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the HVAC or Plumbing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think proactively and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ability to type at least 70 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, with the ability to navigate and provide directions as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HVAC or Plumbing industry software, systems, or technologies.
• Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Positions Schedule:

• Tuesday-Friday: Remote work from home, 8AM-5PM (one hour lunch break).
