The mission of this role is to provide excellent customer service to clients, patients, and requestors, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for meeting daily goals, reporting any recurring issues to the Customer Service Manager, and aligning with our core values, culture, and overall CRAFT. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build successful working relationships with requestors, clients, and co-workers. You should be detail-oriented, able to resolve customer issues in a timely manner, and demonstrate excellent follow-up skills and time management. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you should be proficient in computer skills, including software applications such as Microsoft Office.
