Key Responsibilities
As a Data Associate I, ML – SAD, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Meeting business metrics and goals, such as SLA, production, and quality targets
- Maintaining records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools as necessary
- Contributing to project improvement and operational excellence ideas, as applicable
- Proactively raising issues or alarms that may have an impact on core deliverables or operations to managers or stakeholders
- Working with sensitive issues, including but not limited to: Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products
- Troubleshooting issues related to processing and conducting root cause analysis if required
- Familiarity with online retail
- Analyzing data and evaluating trends/patterns, recommending generic patterns to be translated into rules
- Providing timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance, i.e., as per SOP and defined SLA
- Following SOP/guidelines or manager's instructions and ensuring output is quality compliant
- Working with minimal direction
Essential Requirements for the Work from Home Role
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A home environment free from background noise where you can connect to the internet and work on your deliverables
- Access to mobile phones at all times from a reliable provider
- To be based in one of the following states or willing to relocate to one of these states before the joining date: Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, Utter Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, and West Bengal
- Power backup in case of power shutdown
- A good internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 MBPS or better and at least 100 GB of data from a reliable provider
Basic Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- Graduate or equivalent degree
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to effectively and efficiently complete challenging goals or assignments within defined SLA
- Flexibility to work in rotational week offs
- Shifts: The job involves working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts, and the shifts are decided based on business requirements
- Passion for delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining composure in difficult situations
- Excellent English language proficiency: verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension
