We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry and Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for providing dimension and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival commerce. Your primary focus will be on forecasting and developing state-of-the-art models to answer business questions, as well as engaging in root-cause analysis, processing, quality assurance, and providing analytical support to operations and partners across the division.
The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, amongst other factors.
