- Assisting with ad-hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Collaborating with merchants and stores to resolve price change-related issues and questions, providing exceptional customer service
- Cross-training to support other business divisions throughout the fiscal year, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline
- 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, e-commerce, or a similar field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
