Job Summary
careerzynith is seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk / Typing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality data entry services to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to careerzynith Nurses and staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
- Collects, verifies, and enters information into appropriate databases, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develops reports and other materials for distribution, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attends team meetings, conferences, and trainings as required, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Knows, understands, and follows careerzynith guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and accountability.
- Performs other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior medical/clerical administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Intermediate proficiency in navigating MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to use discretion and judgment working with confidential information, maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.
- Basic proficiency in department Medical Information System Technology (MIST) within 60 days of employment, or position change required.
