Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and verify vendor and product data in blithequark systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across our supply chain.
- Review purchase orders, shipping details, and vendor documents to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Support the onboarding process for new vendors by collecting and validating required documentation, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing delays.
- Maintain digital records and ensure database cleanliness, adhering to data security protocols and confidentiality guidelines to protect sensitive information.
- Generate and analyze basic data reports to support Vendor Support and Procurement teams, providing insights and recommendations to drive process improvements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets while ensuring a high level of accuracy, and continuously strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness in data entry and management processes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
