• Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data, combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete, and purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
• Test customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data, reviewing output, and providing feedback to the development team.
• Secure information by completing database backups, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes, and contributing to process improvements.
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
