Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

- Answering center business questions and providing logical expertise on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.
- Advancing the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborating in the design of predictive arrangements, and delivering exceptional data experiences and products.
- Utilizing data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Applying descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors/values and have an impact across the business.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Unbridled curiosity, high intellectual and analytical pull, and an enthusiastic pursuit of data-driven insights and business results.
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
- Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical partners. Ability to present before senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join funnel, and trade spaces.
- Ability to identify and appropriately escalate issues to leadership.
- Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience.
- Solid motivation and ability to work independently.
