About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote contract basis. Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks related to dental insurance claims processing with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Download and upload images from a client portal to the arenaflex portal, ensuring seamless data transfer and management.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into our systems, adhering to HIPAA policies and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
- Collaborate with our team to resolve any data entry issues or discrepancies, providing exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or dental insurance setting.
- Familiarity with dental insurance claims or healthcare data entry is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace that meets our security and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to work core US business hours, preferably in PT or MT time zones, and commit to working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Ability to comply with HIPAA policies and maintain data security, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive patient information.
