- Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to identify discrepancies and errors
- Resolve problems and issues from various regions, including responding to emails and phone calls
- Discover and resolve mistakes from numerous reports, including data entry errors and system glitches
- Reconcile eligibility among systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Required Qualifications
