About the Job: Remote Data Entry Clerk/Typing
In this role, you will be responsible for refining youngster support remittances in the SDU (State Disbursement System) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. As a Data Entry Clerk/Typist, you will also be tasked with other responsibilities as designated, requiring you to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refine youngster support remittances in the SDU system according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a thorough understanding of policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills, including sensitivity, patience, and good behavior
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and management to resolve issues and improve processes
- Meet strict deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Personal space to work and area to set up equipment, with a reliable High-Speed Internet connection
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
